Well here it is.Figured we would have beef this year. Started with 3.5 lbs roast. Had trouble keeping smoker temp at 230 in my MBPS. Everything turned out real good.

Well here they are.My first try at it. Still have a ways to go.They look good and are edible.But I know I can do better in time.They are beef and pork with the spices from the sausage maker.The temp stall really had me going. Thanks to this site for all the info.
