    I use a Big Green Egg bbq/smoker. Have a hard time getting temp below 250F. Do I get the BGE lump charcoal completely ashed over then reduce airflow and wait for temp to reduce? This takes a lot time, is there a better, quicker way to do this? Thanks GG [email protected]

    Dunn's smoke meat brisket

    Hello, I purchased a vacuum packed smoke meat brisket from Costco that you steam for two hours before serving. Can you smoke this on a bbq instead, at what temp and for how long? Thanks
