Bradley Maple cure and 28 lb of bellies
I just purchased 28lbs of bellies, and the question I have is that the container I use, when the bellies are placed in it, only holds about 7 L of water, or about 29 cups. I only had about 2.5 cups of Bradley cure..... which leaves me about 1.5 cups short of cure for the water....... but well... -

good day!!!! although new to the forum, I have been smoking various foods for the last couple years. I own a Bradley electric smoker, and have tackled everything from Prime rib roasts, to cheese, to nuts. just looking to expand my knowledge, and have some fun!!! -
new propane smoker???
hello everyone! I have been looking to buy a new smoker. currently I have a Bradley electric, which is great until you load it with a good amount of meat.... then it gets difficult to hold temperature. I was thinking about going propane.. to something like...- stuper01
