Just placed order, Smokin-It #2
I just placed my order for a shiny brand spanking new Smokin-It Model 2 Electric Smoker. Also ordered the cart, cord hook, chip insert, and some more wood. Somewhere in my garage is a box with lots of wood, can't find it now:) So getting more won't hurt:) I'm excited, read lots, lots of good...- jdiver

First serious smoke with Charbroil Vertical Electric Smoker, ribs
Hi all. Today is my first serious attempt at using my smoker. Last week i did a small pork roast, good flavor but not enough fat, so to me, dry.
