     I live in Colorado, and have used only gas grills my whole life. and my grill died in april. So I was surprised by my kids, with a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 grill for Fathers day. Of course we need to break it in, so I came here to find out a little about using the 4 different ways to cook on it...
