Started to season my new smoke hollow #6 and it is holding great! I have it at 250 and with a little fiddling with the vent and burner it is holding like a rock. looks like my dial is about 10 deg cooler than my digital thermometer. Im going to let it go for about an hour and then get ready...- armydogdoc
