    new member from the UK

    Hello all, stumbled upon this site after ordering a Brinkmann gourmet charcoal smoker grill so now a bit concerned I made the wrong choice in equipment. Hopefully with the great advice I'm seeing in this forum I can produce some good results from my little corner of England
