Pizza Tips
Gonna do up a pizza today just to do something quick and try it out. Wondering if anyone on here had any tips on it or favorite things to add. Seems pretty simple to do just throw it in there untill the crust is how you like it. Thanks for any advice.- hoosiersmoke

Well bought me an MES 30 in today and figured I join this site. My first smoke is going to be a round roast (bottom).
