Has anybody used this set up? How is the temp settings done? I am looking at upgrading my smokehouse.

3'x3'x6' tall. I still have a ways to go, I just pick off a few things every weekend. :) My goal is to fire it up for memorial weekend and smoke a loin or ribs.
I am going to use a Carolina dbl burner with cast iron pans.

Just processed my first deer, grinder casing and seasonings are ordered, now onto building a dyi electric 1500w smoker.
Avid griller beer drinker hunter and fisherman. Not much smoking experience yet. Hoping to learn the ropes. :)
