Hello All, My name is Dan and I have been smoking for about 10 yrs. I started out the old fashion way with homemade smoker boxes. I now own an MES 40". Makes things quite easy. I am retired from the US Army and love finding new things to do with my smoker. I've had this one for about 8 months.
