Northern Illinois. Where to find Select Untrimmed Briskett?
I live in Northern IL almost to Wisconsin in the far north Chicago suburbs. None of the local stores seem to carry select brisket. I was wondering where I might be able to find it? Costco is about the only place I have found that carries any kind of decent size piece of meat but it is choice. -
