A simple question
I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30" smoker. It has not been delivered yet but I am studying recipes. I also purchased "Dadgum That's Good Too" by John Mclemore. I am confused by some of the instructions. It seems that "smoking" and "cooking" are sometimes used interchangeably and "smoking" does...- smoker22
