Lump in a propane Smoker
I just got Char-Broil Big Easy propane smoker and was wondering if anybody uses Lump Charcoal in the wood chip box or strictly wood chips. I've got a lot hickory on the property but was just curious if there's pro's or cons to this. I have a lot of lump left over as well. Thanks!- drsongs

Convert a propane grill to charcoal smoker?

New to smoking from NorCal
Currently living in Northern California in the Sierra Foothills. Most likely moving to Nashville in the near future (That's where the Music is). Have a kettle grill and did my first smoked ribs a couple weeks ago. Never in my life have I had ribs any better. Kinda proud of myself :) Hope to get...
