Newbie in Denver
Hello everyone. Jon here. I love to cook but I am a newbie to smoking. Just bought a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker at Sam's Club. Getting ready to smoke a brisket and salmon today. I prepped my brisket last night with rub and refrigerated overnight. Brined the salmon. Wish me luck!
