    Brisket point cook time help

    Hi! I'm smoking a brisket point 5.5 lbs at 225. Any idea how long I should plan for it to be on the smoker. I thought I'd crutch it at around150-160 to cut down some of the time. Appreciate any and all help Thanks!

    Smoking a 14 pound turkey (a little help please)

    First time smoking a turkey and want to not screw it up :) It's a pre brined bird which I'm injecting. How long at 225-235 should I expect it to take? I've seen estimates from 30 mins/pound to 1:30/pound.  Any help is much appreciated. Thanks all!

    Hey! I just bought a GMG Daniel Boone smoker and so far love it, but I'm running out of pellets. Live in LA so I'm probably going to have to order online, or so I'm guessing. Anybody have any thoughts on what pellets to buy and where to get them? Thanks!!
