    Maverick ET-732 meat probe question...

    Well i just ordered my AMNPS!!

    Got the credit card out today and made my order.  Went with the AMNPS Package, the Maverick ET-732 thermometer (i hope its worth it!) and a couple extra 5lb bags of pellets.   Cant wait until it all gets here....the smoker will be rolling as soon as it arrives.

    Which AMNS to buy?

    I have an MES 30, and although i really like it, when the temperature outside is warmer i cant get the smoke generated due to the digital temperature gauge.  When the temp reaches the set point and my burner shuts off, no more smoke.  I think the AMNS is the way to go.  I see the "New" Pellet...

    Where does everyone buy their smoking supplies?  Casings, chips, spices, etc.  Looking for some reputable dealers to start building my sausage making collection.  As of now i am really into making snack sticks, summer sausage, and fresh sausage.  I want to trysmoking some polish soon.  Thinking...

    Excited to be here!!  Looking to expand my knowledge of smoking, try new recipes, and continue this great hobby!!  Here is what i have smoked already:  Garlic Summer Sausage (from a premix seasoning), Snack Sticks, and Jalepeno Cheddar Summer Sausage.  Hoping to try more in the future!
