Wild Blueberry injected pork loin
Went blue berry picking and made a blueberry compote from the blueberries and injected the juice into the loin then covered the tope with the rest. Really good feed.- nonsuch

outside temp
Just a quick question I have just bought a new bradley electronic smoker and I'm itching to try it out. Problem is it wont be in the plus temps here for a while, it is supposed to be only -7c this weekend is that warm enough to do a batch of ribs?- nonsuch
