    Bacon Wrapped Pork Butt

    New guy here... Long time lurker, but never posted til today. After doing some Google searches I didn't see much come up. Has anyone ever tried to a bacon weave around a pork butt and smoke it? If so how did it turn out? Are there pros and cons to this? I will be smoking a 8lb butt this...
