    need recipe for barbecue flavored beef sticks

    I had a locker here in iowa make me some bbq flavored deer sticks a year ago. They had real good flavor. I got a grinder and stuffer for xmas and would like to find a recipe to mix spices myself. Anyone have any ideas rather buying prepackaged seasonings that are expensive?
