Ribs with my new smoker
Smoked some baby back ribs for the big game! Used a little local bbq place rub with mustard put on at 225. Tried to do 2-2-1 method but I took off before last hour. The were falling apart. Think my smoker gets a little hotter than the read out but all in all, they tasted awesome!! Can't wait to...- grate1313

New Smoker has arrived!
Just got my new MES30 smoker today! Kind of like getting a big screen before the Super Bowl! Super excited to get this ready for a weekend of smoking! Looks like Im going to break in it with some pork spare ribs!- grate1313

My name is Jamie and I live outside of Kansas City, MO. I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker. Looking forward to learning some tips about smoking. Been wanting to buy a smoker for years and finally pulled the trigger last week.
