20 lb turkey split in half
I had a 20 lb turkey cut in half that I was planning on smoking. reading posts Im a little nervous. reading about danger zones and having to get temp up to 350 or so. my electric smoker only goes to 275. my plan is to brine 24 hrs then smoke at 275 for how ever long it takes will this work...- detroitniner

Im looking to purchase the smoke hollow PS4400 its an LP unit. I called the company and they do not offer a kit for the conversion. talking to them they said drill out the orifice and your good to go although they would not give me the diameter to drill it out, I know I have to change out or...- detroitniner
