6pound boneless rubbed in the fridge now. I think I want to cook it slow and low... Like 5 hours.
1. At what temp would I need to set the smoker and is 5 hours realistic?

Just got my new Louisiana Country Smoker today-early Christmas present from my hubby. Just found this forum and I have found it immensely helpful already. I'm new to smoking but I am the cook of the house. Even outside- lol. Merry Christmas
