Starting up in MN
Hi all, my name is Chad and I'm in the Minnesota metro area. I'm not entirely new to smoking (my dad was a big fan) but I am stepping up my game. My father-in-law and I just went in on a MES40 together and so far it has produced some excellent pork chops! Looking forward to getting my venison...
