    Thin blue smoke

    I am new to smoking,did a turkey and have made some summersausage per the kits recomendation. I have a GOSM "big block" and wonder if anyone has some input on keeping the smoke thin. I seem to get alot more white that not. I left the top vent open and closed the bottom ones to the stop. thanks...

    Just saying hello, my names Mark ,I was given a smoker from a friend I believe(based on pictures here) that it is a GOSM big block?.I am a beginner/novice have made a turkey and some venison summer sausage. Lookk forward to learning from all the experience here
