    My first Fatties

    Alright so, I decided to give it a try. One is sausage stuffed with mushroom, pepper and onion with cheddar jack. The other is 80/20 chuck, seasoned, stuffed with garlic cheddar mashed potatoes and a bit of red onion, topped off with sharp cheddar. I will provide pics of the end result.
