I turned into a smoker when I moved to Texas
Hey all - Moved to Austin in February from the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia! Work had a BBQ competition in March, got the bug. A good guy at work gave me his old char-broil offset in rough shape, cleaned it up and refurbed.... learned to smoke on that thing over the past 3 months...- phillytexsmoked
