Spareribs on my new WSM
Just put spareribs on my WSM 22. I got it Mon and ran it twice without meat to season, and practice temp control. I love this thing. Temp control is as easy as my lg BGE. It does go through more charcoal than the egg, but temp stays consistent. A lot more room. If I can figure out how to add...- oldtoadbbq
