Quick question about MES?
I seasoned my smoker tonight. When it came to the point that I had to insert the wood chips they caught fire. Is that normal? My gut tells me yes but I just want to be sure. Not sure how it would produce smoke otherwise. Sorry for the noob question.- curly11
