Weber Kettle Question
Anyone out there ever do an all night smoke w/a kettle? I'm looking to do a couple of Butts but I'm a little leary about setting up and going to bed. I have ordered a Maverick dual probe w/alarm for safety. I have seen where fire bricks as a barrier help w/ temp. Any help or suggestions. Thanks- cookindeac

Mike from NC. I am not a serious smoker but I do grill all of the time. I currently have a Weber Summit and a Weber Kettle with a Smokenator. I am looking to get a smoker that I don't need to baby-sit so I am researching at this time. This looks like a good place to be for that info.- cookindeac
