    Beef Brisket

    I have two 5 pound beef briskets that I'm going to smoke, do I cook them both for 8 hours altogether, or do I treat them as one 10 pound piece and cook them for 15 hours. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks, Dave

    wood chips

    I have an masterbuilt gas smoker with a  flame disk bowl for the wood chips, this bowl has opening in it to allow the flame to heat the wood chip, but I noticed the chips burn real fast. would I be better off using Jeff's method of cutting down a coffee can and using that as a wood chip holder...
