    Hi.....my name is Larry...I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Been smoking for about 8 yrs now off and on. I currently have a Oaklahoma Joe's smoker. Because, I travel so much I guess my skill level would be considered a weekend warrior. I only cook on the weekends when I have the time.
