    Hi i live Carlsbad NM and work at a mine. In my free time I like to smoke just about everything. I have a bbq pro offset smoker and i am fixing to to start a RF build. If any body has any good tips I could use them.I am glad i found this site there is a lot of good info from all of you.

    I live in Carlsbad New Mexico and enjoy smoking everything. I have a bbq pro offset smoker which is ok but not what i want.I hope i can get started on my RF build still rounding up parts. I really like this site there is a lot of insight on everything you need to know about smoking.
