    Hey all have a corned beef in the smoker, trying for pastromi. Its at 163% IT now, do I foil at 165%  and let it rest or cook it longer? Much thanks.

    Another Brinkmann Trailmaster question

    Hey all, picked up a Brinkmann Trailmaster monday. Put it together today. Was wondering if any of you that have one of these have put thermometers on down by the gril and if so where? On the door? under the door maybe? I'm not sure where to put them on this smoker. Brain fart!! Thanks
