    Newbie Searching for First Smoker

    Hi All, I am just getting interested in smoking meat/cheese with a nice new smoker but you can't really do it without a quality smoker. To this end I am seeking the advice of the gurus here on this forum. I would like to get a small to medium size smoker but I'd rather have an electric one...
