problem with my uds temp
Ok so I got my drum done but wanted to do a test fire before I try to cook in it. Loaded it and lit the charcoal and 3 hours later the temp is only 150 deg. All the charcoal is burning. stupid question from the new guy
So I got an old motor oil drum that I am going to use for my UDS. And I am going to burn in it out this weekend. I am going to get a few old pallets and use the wood for the fire.
