Reverse flow newb question
I understand how to build and the mechanics behind a reverse flow but have a couple questions. Is it the reflector plate that you are trying to heat that in return transfers the heat to the top side and heats the pit? Or is it just because the heat has to travel further and stays in the pit...- jkd1
