Smoker temp..... hum?
So I built my redneck smoker and did not put a temp gauge on the smoke box. The one they had a Lowes really blowed, LOL. Its was $10 and chessy. So I have been using my laser thermo. Any one else do this? Or have you cross referenced with you on the box thermo?- rockrunner

New Smoker in Nor NV---Now with Pics
Hey all. I finally did it. I've been lurking for awhile now. I finished building my redneck smoker and am using it right now. I have wanted to do this for awhile and just finally did. I'm a stay at home dad so I spend a lot of time cooking. Now I can add one of my favorite types to my arsenal...- rockrunner
