Questions on air/smoke flow for a build...
So I completed my first build of a smoker. Works great. I don't see any issues with its airflow so far. Now I'm working on plans for a bigger smoker. Something about the size of a Backwoods Competitor. Here are my questions: I would assume the CFM should slowly decrease throughout the smoker...- caustic

Help finding grates please.
I'm looking to get some grates for my smoker I'm building. The size I need is 20x18. I'm not sure if "grate" is the correct term. Just looking for the type that go in weber kettles except for rectangle and 20x18. Can anyone direct me to a website that I can find these please? Thank you.- caustic

Quick question please.
I am in the process of building my own smoker. Figured I'd give it a whirl after a buddy of mine cooked up some food on his Backwoods Chubby. My question is: Do I need to worry about any sort of coating on the interior of the smoker? High temp paint or any other type of coating? I was just...- caustic
