name's Scott. loved cookin since i was a sprout and have been using a brinkman elect. torpedo for 3 years. had a charcoal model b4 that for 2 yrs. just junked my brinkman gas cooker which i did alot of indirect cooking on with good results on tri-tip chicken and such.
