i have a sausage receipe that calls for adding liquid smoke. it is a receipe for baking in the oven. could i still smoke this instead of the oven, or is the liquid smoke going to be too much.
i have a masterbuilt electric smoker . can i smoke when its raining if i keep the controls covered. will the weaqther affect the outcome of what i am smoking. (sausage).

put in smoker @ 160 almost five hours ago, and the internal temp is barely 120. i thought it would be done by now. am i smoking at the correct temp.
