Barbecue Snack Stick
Weve been useing Excalibur's barbecue snack stick seasoning but its gone up to like $12 a packet that does 25lbs. I see that cabelas is now selling a bqu seasoning but its still $10. anyone know of a cheaper source or have a recipe that you would like to share.- silverado2100

Which electric burner/element setup.
I picked up a double door SS fridge for free sold our old smokehouse (heat proofer with a Bradley smoke generator and Pid controller) and now am rigging it up i was looking at the allied kenko sales electric heating kit but drawing air from outside dosent seem efficient what elese would work...- silverado2100
