    Sausage grinders and stuffers

    I am going to start making my own sausage (I think) Was wondering what type of grinder and stuffers you all would suggest. I am only going to be doing small batches . Thanks

    crab apple

    iI have some aged crab apple wood in a pile . Do ypu have to remove the bark from it before you use it for smoking to avoid it leaving a bitter taste Thanks
