    Char-Griller too hot

    I have a Char-Griller DUO gas and charcoal combo grill. It cooks way too hot since I bought it new. No matter how far down I turn the knobs it will cook at 400 F. Is this something that could possibly be fixed by replacing the regulator? Thanks for any help.
