    Smoked Chicken Shawarma

    I used chicken thighs(apple wood smoked) and it turned out great. I was wondering if anyone had better sauce recipes. I used a tahini yogurt and once again realized I dont like tahini. And tzatziki sauce just didn't seem like the sauce I am used to.

    hello all

    I just wanted to say hello. I am a meat cutter by trade and got into smoking a few years back. I don't hardly use my grill anymore just the smoker.
