Gen 1 MES 40 won't maintain temperature
Long time reader; first time poster. Really appreciate all the tips and tricks i have picked up from you folks! I have a Gen 1 MES 40 (20070311) that I'm having trouble diagnosing a problem on. I have an email in to Masterbuilt CS, but haven't heard back. The smoker is about 3.5 years old...- Phil0219
