PID Controller Recommendation for Pit Boss Austin XL
Guys, Just got the new pit boss wifi controller for xmas and I am very disappointed as the amount of info they posted on their site was limited. Pit Boss Typical Cook Setting Run-Down
Just got my Pit Boss Austin XL and looking to get a typical rundown of the P settings used for a smoke for say a pork shoulder or brisket. Also trying to figure out if you do the first few hours on the smoke setting with what P setting and then switch over to a temp setting or what works best...- Hophead99
