Wooden smoker build. Advice?
Hi all, I had a couple questions as I'm new to smoking. I want to build a vertical smoker made out of wood. I want this to be able to reach a a temp of 220 to smoke pork ribs mainly. I was thinking about using a cast iron propane burner. Now the dimensions would roughly be 3-3 1/2 foot tall...- Freebs21
