Thermostatic Control for Cajun Fryer?
Has anyone ever added a thermostatic control to a Cajun Fryer, like an R&V Works? I saw some great reviews on the rig, but am concerned about constantly re-lighting it to bring it up to temp. Thanks, John- hotsauce_johnny

Concession Trailer Question
Hi, I am looking very closely at trailers from Triple A Trailers in GA. Anyone have any experience with their products? I do not need a super heavy duty rig. I will only be selling locally, 40-50 miles distance tops. Only on weekends. Thanks for any input, John- hotsauce_johnny
