First attempt at fondant potatoes

New lurker from SD
Heywuddup from sunny South Dakota. Been smoking and grilling for awhile now, just now looking to get into a pellet grill. Never cared abt them before, but the new SmokeFire has me interested. I’ve lurked this site intermittently, figured it was time to get an acct.
