    Hello from way up North

    I live up in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. I do not yet have my smoker because I don't know which one I want to buy. I have been thinking about going with a regular electric smoker. Any recommendations? Other than that.... we got some monster lake trout up here and I am dying...
